I would like to build a 5 bedroom modern steel framed house in a village on a tribal land. I have already bought the land (60m x 30m). Looking to cost and determine what a new alarm system would cost. My current one is old and dated. Have 4 beams. Keypad in house and remote arming. Eyes inside the house are a waist. 3 main door access points. I am with a security company but looking to do a new system. 3 beams can be re used and working well. Keypad very old, door magnets need replacing.
Need only amount per square metre to make budget. I am thinking of selling my house ( build 8 years ago) and try to determine a selling price. Mains we were looking at different options, all varieties of foods would be looked after, and a discission will be made. We would look at Spitbraais, salads, veggies. buffets would also be an idea. My daughter lives in Muizenberg. Her and her husband moved there last year after they got married. Their wedding pictures did not turn out. My patio and garage roofs are currently flat roofs, constructed of metal sheeting covered with torch-on waterproofing. The patio roof was damaged in the hail storm in November last year. I would like quotes to replace both of these roofs with proper angled structures, with either tiles per the main house or metal sheeting of a matching colour. Project objectives: durability, low maintenance going forward, good water run off/guttering. We are looking at an area of approx 75 m2.
