How much does an architect cost in South Africa?
The South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP) publishes "standard rates" based on a price per square meter when using a building cost of R12 500 per m².
It's on a steep slope(not that high-fat a level of a single storey) .2 storey with a view just above a location facing a dam(about 3km distance).it must be an open plan with at least 4 bedrooms. Double garage. Medium indoor swimming at the back.the stand is spacious msq with rocks piling at the right back corner(about 1.8m high and 4msq approx.)the are is facing south east if I am not mistaken. Structure must be steel (wall bricks)and must have sunshine. Garden at the front. Blocks shape design

Hi I have a closed in patio under a balcony. I need to have the plans for the house amended to include these changes and then have the plan submitted to the council. There are two side that were closed in, one side is half a wall and a sliding window and the other side had a sliding door added. Renovations Incudes Roof over bedroom door, new door in guest room, removal of wall in kitchen, removal of cabinet in lounge, bricking in on small kitchen door, breaking through of Kitchen Double door, add a Wendy house and a Carport
