The building is currently in good repair. The buildings are +/- m2 in extent. I need to replace the existing hand basin and toilet. I would like to buy the items from the likes of Chamberlains - with the guidance of a handyman to ensure that I buy the correct stuff. Then the work needed is the removal of the basin and toilet and the new ones installed. I need to know if this can be done with little or no damage to the existing wall and floor tiles. Many thanks .

We need a quote to have our existing floor removed (it might be wooden floorboards), and then the space between the foundation and floor filled with rubble and compacted sufficiently, (we have the rubble already), and then a floor to be laid down.
