Two sections of the house need the roof fixed as it is leaking
I need thatch for roof, not much.
I need the thatch replaced on a lapa in the garden. The size is 3m x 3m. See attached picture.
Have a water leaking from the roof. Need to inspect it then arrange repair. Not sure of sqm of roof.
I have all the roofing materials and my contractor let me down in the minutes. Trusses are already pre-ordered at builders. I'm just for someone to install the trusses and tiles and I pay for the labour

Renovation, need new roof
I have a section of the roof that is flat. There is a hollow depression in the roof where water collects when it rains and it eventually seeps through or floods in through an adjacent skylight. the depression must be removed and resealed. There is water ingress through a chimney that was retro fitted, which needs to be repaired.
