Renovating an old house, the house is built right on the sidewalk, so it has a massive backyard. Would like lots of lawn, and trees, i have 3 avo trees, a mango, lemon an peach i would like to plant somewhere aswell. I have water available. I am sending photos of what will be added to the house, at the back (new dwelling) and air photo. The property consists of 3 erfs we want to develope 2. 1 of sq and ine of sq. In the future we might sell the qm but at this stage i woul like it included. In pink i have shown where the driveways will be, once building starts.

Contractors worked on the premises and we trying to find out how we can fix the damages if nay of the landscaping due to cabling being laid
We have two large Pine tree stumps in the middle of our lawn, we would please like to have these removed and the lawn rehabilitated where the stumps were.
