Is it cheaper to build or buy a house in South Africa in 2025?
The short answer is that it is cheaper to buy an existing house in South Africa but every year less so.

Evening, I am , residing in a Randburg. I need a quotation for house design. I stay in a sqm stand and I would like to build 4 bedrooms modern house (singles story house).
