Need a HHBRC qualified constructor for swimming pool renovation.
We have a unit that originally had a balcony (1.2m x 4.0m), that the previous owner closed up with hardwood floors. We want to return it into a balcony: remove the windows, return the balcony floor to the original concrete, and install a sliding door again. We already had the wooden floorboards removed, but we need a quote on: - Removal of screed (where the floorboards used to be) - Finishing of the drop / sliding door cill, from the inside of the apartment to the balcony floor (where the sliding door frame will be installed) - Finishing of the balcony floor (smooth concrete, as it was before, is OK) to make sure that any rain will flow to the original draining pipe. - Cleaning of screed/rubble. Please see the attachments. We need measurements and briefing with the sliding door installation company to happen tomorrow (Wed 13 Dec). But we are flexible with the job start time (either this week before Friday or in middle January) For now, we only want a quote on the screed removal / return to concrete flooring / preparation for the sliding door frame. Depending on the quality of the job, we will consider you for the removal of the windows and finishing of the exterior wall (once the sliding door is installed).

Hi. I want a combination fan/light fitting to be installed in one bedroom. I will buy the fan myself. Then I have a light bulb not working in another bedroom. Changing the globe did not fix it, and thirdly I would like another plug point to be added in a bedroom for a BTU air conditioner.
