Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dining & lounge, entertainment area, double garage,
Holiday home: open plan main area with mezzanine loft leading to balcony; four bedrooms bathrooms; braai room/area garage. Looking to work with someone who is experienced, creative, diligent, reasonably priced, budget time conscious open to working closely with us.
Demolish all inside walls, redo with 3 bedrooms-main ensuite, lounge, dining, kitchen and guest bathroom. If possible enclosed braai(entertainment) garage×2 cars- planned to go up.
