I just bought a new stand in Bloemfontein area and looking to build a sqm house with 4 beds, 4.5 baths and 2-3 garages. Currently, I'm looking to get a plan completed and looking for 2 cost options: if architect provides approved plans only, and also if architect were to project manage until the end of the build.
I want to raise the pitch of my roof to accommodate a loft and want to reuse as much of the existing structure and material as possible and plans for a floor where the ceiling was before.
