My current house is sqm, want to extend up until sqm. Restructure the layout. Currently its a 3 bedroom double storey house - 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dinning room and TV room. Double garage. Want to build 4th room downstairs. Extend kitchen. Move the stairs where they are and add a Pajama lounge.
The tenants of the flat have recently left and the walls of this sqm flat needs to be repainted. The previous paint job wasn't done so well as the painters had painted over things that weren't meant to be painted on. A stain had been left on the ceiling from a burst geyser some time back but in one of the bathrooms in particular, mould had appeared on the ceiling. The walls and ceiling of the bathroom particularly would need to be stripped and repainted.

9.3m long x 5.3m wide awning. Steel support members must be galvanized with white powder coat. Chromodek sheeting in white. One corner may be supported by exterior walls of house. All other corners require supports. A midspan support one side may be provided by the external walls of house. A freestanding mid-span support will be acceptable. 4 freestanding supports are envisaged.
I would like to build a 1 Bedroom Flatlet (+-30m2) above my existing lounge / dining room of my house. It should have a separate entrance and a deck to take advantage of the peninsula views. I still need an architect / draftsman to draw up plans for approval. I'm attaching my draft of ideas as reference. I need a carport that can accommodate 2 cars, dimensions 7m (width) x 6 m (depth) x 3m (entry height) . It will be free standing, i.e. no attachments to any buildings, all four sides should be secured to the ground. The structure must be made from galvanised steel. The net should additionally cover 3 of the four sides to form an enclosed structure (only the entry point should be open) The carport needs to be removable and must be able to be resurrected at a new location at a later stage. Please provide a quote that specifies the following components separately: (1) Frame structure, (2) Net, (3) Assembly.
We live in Melville with tandem parking between the house and boundary wall. The width of the area is 2.6m, just enough to squeeze a car in. We can fit 2 cars back to back. We would like a quote on a wood slate carport roof to be created between the house wall and boundary wall to shade and cover the 2.6 wide space where the cars park. If the wood slats can be covered that would be idea. Thank you!
We're looking at building a double garage, roughly 40sqm plus an additional parking, maybe length ways next to the left of the new garage, in front of an existing house.The problem is that there is granite underneath which will have to be excavated to road level and only then can the building commence. The only place available is to the right of the photo and there is a 1.5m building line. New steps to the top of the house will have to be constructed as well. Please see photos.
