We are looking to acquire a property that we would like to remodel. Before making an offer on the house, we would like to get a rough understanding of what the project would cost. The project should then start immediately after the title of the house has been transferred. Besides modernizing the interior (more open plan living layouts, new floors, new bathrooms (5) and new kitchens (2)) we also want to build a pool and paint the house a different color, potentially changing the look of the brick house by plastering the outside. I would like to a convert the living, the main bedroom and the Garage in Bachelor with 3/4 bathroom and a kitchenette. Then, the kitchen is to be remodelled as a Bachelor with only a 3/4 bathroom.
