The Council has misplaced the original plans, so they will be redrawn over the next few weeks. Additional plans must then be submitted to the Council and our Body Corporate. I am looking to install new flooring once the wall is removed, and I plan to reconfigure the kitchen and remodel three bathrooms. There will be no changes to the plumbing.
