I was mostly satisfied — the crew felt professional and handled the install without fuss. They were flexible with my schedule changes and genuinely accommodating to my requests, which made coordinating the job a lot easier.

They missed agreed deadlines, which pushed the timeline back and was pretty annoying.

I was initially very happy with Johnny and his team. The installation was done the day after I made payment, which was impressive. However, after the installation I noticed that the wrong inverter had been installed. Johnny did try to resolve this with his supplier, but since the unit was already mounted, it could not be exchanged. He gladly refunded me the difference without any hassle. After installation, there were a few small hiccups, but Johnny addressed them quickly and efficiently. Overall, I appreciate his prompt service and commitment to sorting out issues as they came up.

From initial meeting and quotation, Johnny and his team was proffesional, helpfull and friendly. Installation process was great and effortless. There was a small hick up but they sorted it with no hesitation. our system works perfectly and is providing the results as expected. i will recommend Voltra Energy Solutuons to everyone. they offer great after sale service. I invited the company Voltra Energy Solutions for a site inspection. After visiting the site for which solar system will be best suited for the residential, the Director, John Nicholos, gave us, as owners, more clarity on what our needs are and how it could be resolved. We received several other quotations, but they did not match the Voltra quotation, which was less compared to the other competitors. The work was professionally done, and we, as the client, are satisfied with the quality of workmanship done. We will definitely recommend the company to other customers.
