I need a plan for a house including a Cinder block fence around it. My plot is on a slope, so I need some sort of a feature along the fence for heavy rain water to be redirected away from the fence. I would like the house to be a large Open plan structure. Only one large dormitory style bedroom for 6 three-quarter beds along the opposite walls And a sliding door leading onto the patio. I would like 2 bathrooms against the walls opposite each other. An L shaped kitchen and island in the left hand corner and a fireplace in the right hand corner as you come in the front door of the house.

Currently I have a sketch that I made and laid the foundation according to the floor all I need is planning with the roof and maybe shifting the rooms and everything.
The house designs already have plan views. It is for Houses in Mozambique and need to incorporate the local content i.e. Bricks, roof covering etc. We have the standard Mozambique style CASAS/Cottages and designs for Villa's.
A carport in front and 1 bedroom and toilet at the back.
