We need to get an architect to sign off drawings for a shop relocation within Gateway so that we can submit to council and start trading. We have the renderings from the shop fitters already - we need these plans converted into the acceptable format for council. The shop is already completed.

This is a church structure with rooms and office space. As well as with bathrooms.
I need the plan to be cost effective and it must also be approved after they complete the job. The flat should be 12m by 8m. See attached pictures of the land. There is an existing house on the plot and we need the flat to be completed on the land attached in pictures.
We are looking at renovating our stoep area - 8m x 8m. We’d like to change the roof from a flat to pitched exposed structure and tie it in to our existing house roof structure.
