We have a system but have done alterations. We need to add more cameras or reinstall cameras moved in the build please. It is a Dahua system - analog. The DVR is fairly new. I have 2x new cameras (bullet and dome) - 2MP compatible with the face recognition and true colour. The others are all older 2MP cameras. I made plans for the builders to put conduiting in for the cameras. Wires would need to be pulled through to the main house (4 cameras). May need a 4-in-1 converter if that makes more sense. That is the main job. We do require other cameras moved and some serviced. You will probably need additional images for a quote or need a site visit.

I rent and have been hesitant to invest in something that will be difficult to take with me if I leave, but with the number of power outages in the time that I've been here I've realised you can't live and work here without backup power. I typically want to run the following: - fridge / freezer - lights - two monitors - one laptop - air fryer (potentially) I have gas water heating and cooking. Requesting a quotation to build a media wall (approx mm L x mm D x mm H) with plinth (approx mm L x mm D x mm H) to recess a mm wood closed combustion fireplace and TV above fireplace. Require 3 built-in shelves on either side of TV wall. To exclude the installation of the fireplace which will be completed by the supplier. 1) Acute problem: Fell a 10m pine blown over and leaning on adjacent tree - recent storm. May fall to ground in next storm! 2) Fell or trim a thorn tree leaning on perimeter Vibracrete wall. Not urgent - has been leaning on the wall for a few years but will eventually crush it. Tree rigging may be required. I can do the limbing and bucking. Just fell the trees onto my property!

Moth flies have unfortunately started breeding in our bathroom. Also moisture and paint has begun to bubble in the passage and bedroom wall. I need to remove the cladding and tiles on our shower walls and waterproof the walls. After waterproofing and sealing the wall, we need to add aesthetics. 1. Need a budget friendly company. House is not overly complicated, i just need a final product delivered. To be upfront, i don't have the best experiences with builders, so i am looking for companies with a track record of quality delivery. I will not be making upfront payments, the bank will be paying on a stage completion basis. 2. Location is rural, nothing fancy about the area its built. Total size of property sqms, but with regulations the building size will be decreased to about -sqms. 3. Due to small size above, a second level will be added to create more space. 4. In , the house we are living in was advertised by the property company, that it was selling it, and an agency came to view the house and put it in the market, we were communicating with the agency from the company when she will send people to view the house, one day she told me people will come to view the house the next day i agreed, but later she called me saying those people are coming and she will not be with them as she is somewhere they will come alone, and she asked me to accept them i said yes, later those people came but instead they rob us , in gun point, we launch a complain but the company said the is nothing they can assist or reimburse us as i did agree for them to come.i need second opinion in this issue.

Hi, I hope you are doing well. I would like to enquire about putting up a sink roof at our home. The area is approximately 65 square metres. We currently have a carport on one side, and we would like to extend it into an L-shaped sink roof that connects to an open cement area, which we would also like to cover. We are planning to build a wall between the carport section and the extended area. At the end of the L-shape, we would like to renovate the space underneath the roof into a braai and entertainment area.
