Good day I'm looking to design my new home, with an updated kitchen, 3 bathrooms and redo the flooring.
I am in need of advice. We are currently extending our patio roof and our Architect says he cannot sign the SANS Form until he has a Geotech report and rational assessment report. He is new in the field and I would just like to know if this is % necessary before I pay R10 plus to have this done.
