I am planning on building a 3 bedroom home with a double garage, dining area, study/office space, dining and living spaces.

We have bought a brand new plot in Saldanha Bay. We want to build an office building and we want the top floor to be an open floor completely as we are planning on using that top floor as a rental space for either events or for another business to use as an office space, etc.
