i need to repair / do maintenance on my thatch roof, there are two houses that need to be done.

Need to fix the roof leakage
I am not completely sure about the sqm of the roof but it is a three bedroom house and the roof needs to be waterproofed.
I require a roof inspection for a newly built house since I suspect issues.

New facia boards to be install with new gutters and down pipes (4 off) 4. New celling installation 5. Roof to be painted including the new facia boards
