I am dealing with a narcissistic ex husband that is trying to make everything difficult. He pays maintenance late, he hasn't increased the agreed annual increase for maintenance and he refuses to talk about it. He also picks up our son every 2nd weekend for the weekend but most of the times refuse to bring him back on the Sunday, say I should be driving to fetch him. He is insulting and difficult. I bought an Rdp house for cash(R ) through the agent.the offer to purchase was signed in front of the conveyancer and the seller.the money was deposited into a trust account provided by the conveyancer.the transaction happened in September and during the period of the conveyancer told me they lodged with deeds office and early this I tried to get hold of the conveyancer without success and I decided to check with the deeds and only to find out the conveyancer never submitted the paperwork to a house be registered in my name.I then called one of the partners in the law firm and he actually said I’m not the only person complaining about the service I got from their firm and told me that he was defrauded millions by the property agents and the conveyancer and I happened to be one of the victims and he said that the trust account that was provided does not belong to his firm and that his firm’s name was used to defraud clients.I wanna know how do I need to be assisted,how long it might take and what are chances of getting my money back
My father he used to work at GPO early 70s then he past on he work there for 23 years after he past on my late mother she try to claim his pension fund she didn't get it they fill forms and they gave her another appointment when she get there they tell the person wa helping he past on they give another one when she get there is another story until she past on please help

I have a tenant I would like assistance with eviction. The tenant has been in arrears for most of the lease duration. Letters of demand are being "ignored", and a lease cancellation letter together with a notice to vacate have since been issued but the tenant has not vacated almost a month and a half after the grace period expired. The tenant is always buying time and does not want to write down any agreement or commit to any payment plan.
Protection order against mother and brother in law , very abusive, fake case numbers posted social media.Death thread infront of my kids , ,numerous attempts by mother in law run off with 1 of my daughters. . Year. . After extreme abuse (husband) he was arrested October . Currently out on bail Result of reporting his abuse and drug abuse my inlaws came after me again . 1. Children court 2 days after that application for protection order against me by brother in law then received another application for protection order against me by my husband (withdrawn) I have overwhelming evidence against all above mentioned. Court date 20 March . Show cause I'm refusing to accept his application protection order. As all grounds are false, their actions, intimidation, emotional abuse, even stated on previous appearance im committing extraution and has proof. Magistrate asked if he does have proof he stated yes she advised him to open a case ... he clearly said right after appearance . No case I enquiried 4 times at my investigation officer. This people are slowly Draining me from all I have . I need representation on 20 March budget small just to show evidence proof the fact that I'm not at fault all can be proven
