The roof is for parking area,it recently burned and 2 sheets need to be replaced and the entire roof repainted or waterproofing of some sort. All this will be dependent on the service providers recommendation and cost

We have a two bedroom, 1 bathroom home. My parents room does not have a bathroom, but the room is flush against the the backyard, so it would be perfect to have a bathroom with a shower/toilet/basin lead out that way. Then, we have built an outside structure(no plans), where this is being used temporarily as extra indoor space, very small, enough for a desk and 3/4 bed. Here we would like to create a proper structure thereby creating another room with a sliding door that leads out to the yard. We have built an awning that can fit 3 cars, so using this, maybe we could build a deck as there is a new view above a certain height that one can view the mountain range from. Thanks, Mr.
