We are interested in knowing the maximum number of units that can be constructed on the land. The market demand is for 2 to 3 bedroom townhouses and freeholds with a gross lettable area of approximately 99sqm per unit. We would like to know the maximum number of units that can be constructed on the land, whether it is multiple units such as apartments, multiple townhouses, or just subdividing and building two freeholds/townhouses. Extending a current property.
I want to build some back rooms at my property. The space available is 40m * 40m. In this space I want to build 5 open plan rooms, each with its own bathroom.
Not sure about size. Double garage to be converted into flatlet with room added on side. Current backroom converted into bathroom.
Hi, 6 rooms and 2 bathrooms although some of the rooms are open plan. I would like the rooms decorated in a more modern style so it will require some new furnishings, paint, light fixtures, carpets, plants etc.
Need my main room to be extended.
