Asbestos roof sheeting were damaged by neighbours massive overgrown tree when it fell on the roof. They used inferior quality material with asbestos fibres hanging from it. Gaps and cold wind comes into the house making the occupants including elderly freeze. Need removal and replacement with new sheetings.

Pine purlins fixed to rafters at maximum 1 mm centres on pitch of 5 degrees. Roof structure to be tied down into walls with galvanised hoop iron streps taken down mm(elsewhere). Sheeting shall be drilled and not punched for fixing of the screws. Use "Dunrose" or equally approved convex head screws of 75mm in conjunction with neoprene and metal washers.
