A bit of background: We bought 22 hectares of land in an eco landgoed/plot (of +- hectares) and there has been no development on our piece of land. My husband, Mario, and I are retired. Natural elements need to be able to be used and enjoyed 11. There are a lot of trees, natural rocks, but not where development has taken place 12.
