It's a unit townhouse development. I intend offering three bedrooms,bath, open plan kitchen lounge and dining area. Double garage and open patio/ braai area. Approximately sqm. 1. I have a small section of wall that is falling over. 1m high wall that holds back the yard work and is about 3 M long that will have to be broken down and rebuilt. 2. We want to plant grass in front yard. Grass needs to be able to withstand a lot of traffic of a dog running up and down and be able to survive shaded winters and in the sun summers. Not sure if this is possible. 3. We want to move our pool to a new location. Ideally rebuild new pool but if better to just move current shell also open to that. Would have to explain in person. We have a terrace wall that is breaking away and will have to be rebuilt and when swimming pool is moved the hole must be filled and everything will have to be repaved. An in person estimate would be best as there are a few moving parts to quote on.
