Every South African homeowner can avoid lots of problems by waterproofing their homes.
I am replacing two toilets and one bathroom basin cupboard. So three replacements in total. All the items are already purchased. In other words, I have the two toilets with their mechanisms, toilet wax, and seats, as well as the bathroom basin and cupboard with the easy trap waste trap. Note, that I do not have cement for the toilets.
I need some maintenance and relatively minor (hopefully) repairs and painting done on my home including; bathroom grout/silicone repair, kitchen cabinet repair (hoping maintenance can be done rather than a remodel) and some painting done due to minor water damage in spots. I have a light in one of the bedrooms, where the dimmer is broken. I have had electricians come in, spend 3 hours, charge me tons of money, they have replaced the dimmer, and yet the problem persists. please could you come have a look and see if you can find the fault? I also have a fountain, where the fountain mechanism has been broken. If you could have a look and see if you can fix it.
Currently there are a few banana palms etc which I would like to stay, but the rest requires clearing - some horrible roots (palm tree) and an oliander tree to be removed. The ground needs to be leveled in places. Then I would like the entire garden composted because our soil is very sandy. And then planted up with beds, no lawn, but rather ground cover. Is it possible to give me a quote for the design and labor alone? I can get a good price for the compost and plants as I have always bought them from Boschoff Nursery.
