Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

Id like to remodel the plan to a more contemporary idea.. hence I added pictures of what I need to incorporate in the plan.
It’s a 3 bedroom house. Would like to like add a bathroom in two of the rooms . One in the main room and the second room. Would like to add another room. Bedroom 1: mother Bedroom 2: daughter 1 - adding bathroom Bedroom 3: daughter 2 Add bedroom 4: for daughter 3 Breaking and extending the whole kitchen . The toilet is separate to the bathroom , would like to have that combined and make as one if possible .
I want a double story tavern.
Would like to extend the house. Make the kitchen bit bigger and practical.
I need 3 cars garage and add a master bedroom and 1 outside room
Require a patio extension, pool, firepit (possibly an extension of the garage)
We like to build a second storey. With the interior design of the place.
Stand alone double garage
I want to add a closed deck to the side of my house near the pool. I need some designs for this. My thinking was to put a wall on the left and then do like glass for the other three walls to make it see through. But in need of some ideas / inspiration to make the deck a nice area to braai and kuier and be able to see outside to watch the kids etc.
