I have constructed a patio/braai. I need to add the newly built patio/braai detail to my existing as-built house plan. The house is sqm and the patio +/- 36sqm I am looking for a draughtsman/architect to add the patio to my house plan and take it through the approval process with the Ekurhuleni municipality.

I'm considering the possibility of adding a 2nd story to my house. Would like a similar layout to the ground floor with the exception of a kitchen on the top floor and using that extra space for a outside balcony section. House 60sqm and would want the top floor to consist of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with a open space for and entertainment area and balcony area. I attached the original plans for the house.

I would like to have a 42 square meter wendy house built that would consist of two 3.5mx3.5m bedrooms, a 1.5mx2m bathroom and an open plan lounge/kitchen that would be 5.5mx2m. I wish to add a second dwelling to my site with 0.5 bathrooms. The site is located in King William's Town, EC. The dwelling is intended for 2 persons and it must comprise of a single bedroom with en-suite, and an open plan lounge/tv room-kitchen. The small kitchen should have sufficient space to accommodate a washing machine, dishwasher, integrated 4 plate stove with oven and extractor and double basin kitchen sink with drainboard and a fridge.
