Making some modification to the existing house and also adding new rooms/cottage outside the house. Refer below for the details of modifications: 1. Adding bathrooms to two bedrooms in the house 2. Developing apartments in centurion on land that's approximately 9 ha. The whole land will however not consist of apartments as it will be divided into 3 sections (3 estates). The architect will be responsible for overseeing the whole project and to take sure everything is of standard and meets the regulations. They will also need to sketch the building structure.

Architectural services - I need a new plan for the new building.
We have a very small 2 bedroom; 2 bathroom flat. We would like to create space efficiencies and get a modernity to the look and feel. Minimalist look would seem to be idea for the space. The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge area. There is a garden patio. The bedrooms are really small and this is where I think we need help in designing. My wife is pregnant so we expecting a baby and will need to accommodate that also
