Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.

I am looking to remodel my entire house. I would like to change the rooms inside to have an ensuite, I want to change the kitchen to a different space and divide the rooms to be a granny flat. The granny flat is going to be attached to the house it's not going to be a separate building, I would also like a workshop but please advise on which area inside my house I can plan to have it.
Looking to extend my house in Goodwood and knocking down internal walls to improve layout. Also require boundary wall and paving to be constructed.
