We are a Homeowners Association looking to appoint an architect on an ad hoc basis to approve plans to ensure that they match the HOA architectural guidelines. There are 49 houses, most single storey, 12 double storey. Any plans need independent approval before being sent to Council. Plans are generally small from adding rooms, to sunrooms, carports and garages.
