Looking to add an extension to my existing property. It is 4 x 2bedroom duplexes each consisting of a Full bathroom, Open plan Lounge, Dining Room, and Kitchen. With a little yard space. Front and back entrance to Duplex with wash area situated in one end. Units set to be 80 square meters each with also a pamper room in the down section. Will require electricity and water supply as well run from main house piping and elect however to be separately billed.

Building a low cost retirement home. 2 Bedrooms 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen open plan, in a U shape. I have bought the property and have fairly specific ideas on the style I want. I am going solar off the grid. Have an existing water connection. Will need French drains etc. I have a self drawn sketch of the plan I would like, but would need to discuss a lot of features with the architect.
