Modern building
Change the existing double garage into two bachelors with a shared bathroom. Each bachelors will have their own little kitchenette. We have a decent idea of the design we would like, but need to draw up the plans to be submitted We also want to put in a “drywall” into the house to have an extra room and add paving around the house for extra parking space.
