Herman assisted me very well through the whole process about the waterproofing of my roof. He is a very nice person to deal with. Also with the work he's done, I'm extremely happy. My roof looks beautiful.

Herman sent me a quotation which I still have Of what he was going to do I accepted the quote which was R21900. I paid a 50% deposit so he could start the job that was in August 2023. In the quotation he would seal all joints and the would get 2 coats of Eco rubber paint a few weeks ago I got a leak in my kitchen which I never had I contacted Herman who said he would come within two weeks I contacted Eco rubber to let them know how disappointed I was with their product they sent a guy out to check that's when I found out that Herman never sealed all the gaps and no eco rubber paint. Its a normal roof paint he used when Herman came I showed him the videos and he blames the eco rubber product and want to come and repair the roof the sections on the video. My insurance accessor was here and he confirmed no rubber paint was used.

It went perfectly well. Given the time frame, they actually completed the job before the due date.
