What kind of permissions do I need for my electric fence, and where to get them?
Electrical fences are dangerous, so you need to obtain permission before installing them. What are they? Where do you get them?
The existing IBR flat roof is leaking. It is an extension to an old Claremont house and the flat roof covers the kitchen area. It has a ceiling which will need some touch up and repainting. I am wanting to replace the roof with either Galvinised IBR 0.5mm or Chromadek IBR 0.5mm. I estimate we will need 13 IBR sheet (about 9 m wide) of 4,5m lengths.

Good day. We are planning to move into a house, but the thatched roof is leaking. I can see the black underlayer, as it is sticking out. It seems as if there is no underlayer, or if the wiring got loose. The area, according to me, which need to be fixed is about 2x2 meters. Kindly send me a quote on a worst case scenario. Thank you! We have an existing shade port with a fixed front wall and 2 x side panels and an automated garage door. We have the garage door motor and 2 x fluorescent lights fitted to the roof support structure. The roof is in 2 x sections, with a flexible join in the middle. The existing material used does not provide sufficient waterproof cover. Depending on options available, we may consider replacing 2 x sides as well. Our priority is the roof area.
Roof was waterproofed - rubberized - one coat of protective silver paint applied - one sheet got cracked...not sure what happened - worker walked on wrong spot or dropped something ? - big crack in the one sheet dont want to call on previous suppliers as their quote was wrong, their estimate was wrong - they asked for more money after quoting etc
