Main house with a two bedroom, medium kitchen, large pentry,one full bathroom, plus a toilet sink shower bathroom, study or sewing room, medium TV room, 6m x 4.5m dinning room, slender deck, storage room or laundry and an infinite swimming pool on top Two bedroom with small sitting room, 2. 5mx 1.5m kitchen, one 0.5 bathroom, shower sink and basin and four garages. Two bedroom, full bathroom with a big mirror, medium kitchen, deck, small sitting room, small closet.
Prepare architectural plan for addition on one room on the side of the house, and obtain municipality for approval.
I need a quote for a plan of 6 x 1 bedroom flats with a double story i.e. 3 flats on the ground and 3 on the 1st floor, with built-in kitchen sink and cupboard, toilet and shower, and built-in wardrobe, boundary walls and 6 carports and 3 visitors parking, security gate on a to sqm yard.
