Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
I would like someone to help give me ideas for my living space ( kitchen , dining and living ) , pyjama lounge and main bedroom . I like modern contemporary style
I want to buy a land and build a house, more or less I have an idea what kind of a house I want. I will attach pictures. You may see the pictures below for my ideal house.

I'm looking to build a small 1-2 bedroom blockhouse inspired cottage, with a braai/patio and mini pool in a stand at Marloth Park. The land is vacant and may need preparation for the cottage so if possible could I get estimates of that as well. I have attached images of the ideas I had in mind.
