Floor that will provide warmer underfoot than tiling. We have the top vinyl laminate at the moment. the kind that is not glued down. it could not stand up to a thorough flooding these last storms. waterlogged and curling at the edges, strips of vinyl coming off in the heavy traffic areas. We'd love to change the design, install a whole new roof. Perhaps extend the height, I'm wondering if you do other stuff besides the roof. Like painting the house, installing tiles on the wall, pavement, floor tiles, kitchen units installation etc. We're looking on renovating the house but we're comparing the prices for now.
I have two areas with parquet flooring - 1 off approx 36sqm and the other 15 sqm that is partially sanded and sealed. I want to resand and reseal both these areas. No skirting required.
