Actually finding out for my sister who was fired. Won her CCMA case and the Company did not pay the award. Yesterday documents were emailed stating they are going to Labour court with an affidavit. My sister needs to respond within 10 days on the Affidavit and submit to labour court. I am in Pretoria. She is in Gariep. Company who fired her is in Johannesburg/ Hartbeespoort dam.

My 2 year's old daughter was pinched at the daycare centre and possibly hit with a stick on her bums. Well I tried to open a docket but the police said am making allegations, everyone involved sounded discouraging. So I didn't open the case but I did take my daughter to a private doctor for observation and treatment on the wound. Now the daycare never took accountability instead they assume that the child didn't get hurt on the school ground actually this is a long story please do make time to assist me with this matter. My father was working for SAB at Empangeni for more than 15years service. He passed away on the 29 of July . Me and my sister only received R I was the first beneficiary and my sister only gets R if I am not mistaken. So I am willing to know that where is the rest of the money, UIF, Pension fund etc.

Hi, I came to Mexico for a few months to visit my partner. I got pregnant and I am wondering if I cant get the MATB1 certificate from here somehow? I work for a UK-based company remotely as a software engineer and I pay all my taxes and NHS to the UK via payroll. I have been working for this company for over a year now. My due date is November but I was not planning to return to the UK in the 20th week (which is the earliest for me to get the MATB1 certificate), due to concerns about my pregnancy. I know I am eligible for the maternity leave & pay, I'm just concerned about the ceritifcate and how I can get all the way from here? Thanks
My employer is currently deducting money from my salary without a hearing and no consent from me. A commissioner advised me to withdraw my case on the sanction that was handed without a hearing, because it was already expired by the time. It would be senseless to overturn the original sanction of "Final Written Warning" to a warning. The employer imposed another sanction of remunerating for damages and the commissioner ruled that they can't deduct any moneys from me as I already served a sanction. He ruled that is double jeopardy. He advised to file for "Unfair Deductions", but they went on with punishing me. Their stance is because I follow the advise of the commisioner by withdrawing my case. Can someone please help me?
Deneysville area I am looking for an attorney that will tell me they are *capable* and *will* assist my son too claim damages from the taxi owner. I say this as he is self employed and cannot afford to pay costs on a hope. I do know that RAF do not cover a non life threatening vehicle claim. I need to find him an attorney that can help him claim for damages to his vehicle and carpet machines. The accident happened in Deneysville area near Groenpint prison. My sons vehicle was hit head on when he was standing stationary on the gravel/grass area alongside the national road by a taxi. I arrived and found him and passengers from the taxi laying on the wet grass as there was a drizzle. I gave all details to the ambulance and police at the scene. The following day I went to collect the Case and Accident Report number at the Deneysville police station He was rushed to Sasolburg hospital then transfered from Sasolburg to Kroonstad for observation due to his kidneys not coping with the electrolytes /protein in his blood system and they were afraid of kidney failure but that is all good now. In casualty they basically gave all the external stitches but in Kroonstad he went to theater for his tongue to be stitched both on top and beneath, so no major surgery, the pain is his fractured ribs and collar bone but they say that mends on there own, he must just try get plenty if bed rest and try have as little movement as possible to help the bone knit. My Fraud case with the Standard Bank where all my life savings, pension, sale of my home's funds stolen from me. The bank has been declining me with no valid reason and have now told me my case has expired as it's more than 3 years old and they can't help me and say I must go to the law now. I wanted to Pawn a truck for R (twenty thousand rands) 11 days ago - 03 April . I initialed and signed the agreement. I handed over to the Pawnshop the truck ownership certificate. I demanded that the total repayment amount be filled in the agreement and a copy be given to me. The Pawnshop filled in an outrageous amount of R (one hundred and three thousand rands) that I must repay within 30 days. I said I cancel the contract and I managed to take back the car registration/ownership paper, which I still posses. It was late after 5pm so I was told the truck was already locked away in the garage. I had to fly out of the country the following day. I made arrangements for my wife to fetch the truck. The Pawnshop owner insisted on the agreement unilaterally and went ahead to deposit the R into my account. He ignored my request for him to provide me with his banking details. I have not touched his R and I want to refund him and get my truck back.
