I am looking for building plan for my site which is sqm which I am planning to build very soon. I would like to have a double storey house with 4 bedrooms, double garage, kitchen with scullery, dinning, lounge, 2x bathroom, separate toilets, study room. We have built our own home of about sqm, and lived in the house for several years now. The house has a steel flat roof, and with the kids growing up we are wanting to put a loft room on top of the double garage. The thinking is to convert the flat roof on top of the garage to a pitched roof to make room for the loft. So need helping tweaking already approved plans to accommodate a loft room on top of the garage.
