Which documents do you need for building plans approval?
What kind of forms and documents do you need for the building plans submission and how much will they cost.
3 bedroom with main bedroom ensuit,one bathroom,dining room,kitchen,sitting room,private lounge ,double garage drive through.

I only want one toilet inside the centre to be used by two middle rooms, maybe under a staircase which will also lead upstairs? I am planning to rezone as guesthouse/backpacker, my toilets and showers will be outside. I want to use reclaimed and second hand materials as much as possible, doors I will make myself.

Enclose the area to accommodate a living space with open plan kitchen scullery and dining area, 2 bedrooms , spacious bathroom , guest toilet and replace existing wooden deck with a concrete deck. Need the service of a structural engineer as well.
