New double garage 36 square meters exterior wall was paint laat year. Then bubbles appeared. We tried to repairs the areas by scrape, sand down and patch and repaint. But bubbles appeared around other areas as well. Would like help to fix this professionally now.

Firstly opening cracks and close it nicely . If it's big cracks put mesh wire and re plaster. After finishing preparation like putting crack fillar sending it washing the holes with sugar soap then it's ready to paint
