We were stoked with the outcome of the finished product in this construction project.

The project management was lacking in a sense that there was never a permanent foreman onsite. I ended doing a lot of the project management myself, and it was not why I paid for that to be done for me in the first place. The timeline to complete the project way exceeded what was initially quoted.

There was a lot of changers and extra work added to the project that the client is not taking into consideration here.
