I wish for this apartments building to be open space minimalist and each room to have as much natural lighting as possible, and I would like for the interior to have lots of black and the outdoor to have a bit of greenery and a chilling space since I'm targeting all sorts of people from students to employees with this apartments and I'd love for it to cater for everyone
Renovating bathroom. Everything has been removed already, main feed in the wall but new pipes required Toilet stays in the same place, but the pipes need to be slightly adjusted. Shower is moving to where the bath was - pipes from the baths main feed needs to be extended about another 1.5m for the shower. The idea of the building is to provide a double-story low-income home that can be rented out for about R-R. I am still unsure of whether I should use wood to complete the second story or also bricks.
