Maximum utilisation of views required, roof overhangs to serve as veranda/decking/flooring protection, solar electricity solution to provide 10-15kva/hr, possibly grid connected or alternatively, island solution.. Access to 2nd-4th floor is problematic, possibly an elevator system to cater for disabled guests.
