Need to sell LPG my yard is sqm, just needed an outlay plan for such a business, no LPG pumping just cylinders only. There is a shack in the yard I bought the stand with it inside, contacted the municipality and the rural leadership they don't have a problem with that type of business in the area.
I want to build a newtec house with a veranda like my drawing. The plot is in length 22 square north and south and 15 square east and west. So the plot is 22x15= big. The house must be build in the center but to the south fence must only be 2m and to the north fence must be 6m.Main bedroom must have a sliding door and the lounge a bigger sliding door with windows.
Hello I am at the very early stages on sourcing a building quote for a new home. We are planning to buy land and then build on it. The property will be in the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town. The piece of land is - sqaure meters which we are looking at. The house would at least: 4 bedrooms, double garage, swimming pool, scullery, laundry, perimeter wall and i would think in the region of to sqm but i have not idea on what this would get one. The catch is we are looking to build it in a way that we would could build - squares and then complete the rest later on if that makes sense. If you could provide some indicative ball park quotes that would be great so we can start planning as well as other costs we should keep in mind. Thanks!

The main bedroom should be bigger with a big bathroom bathtub and a huge shower. A walking closet. With all the upper area Id love the lounge to have a big balcony, both bedrooms as well no windows but sliding doors. And a double garage
