EXtention of an incomplete Roof, Joining Main House Roof TO entertainment area. Exposed trusses
Good day, I am considering to buy a house. Single level, approx m2. The current roof is very shallow compared to it's neighbours. There is also a mysterious leak that appears only once in a while. The shingles do look a bit worn as well. I was wondering how much it would cost to build a new roof in order to make it steeper with good insulation. Thank

Hello! Area above two bathrooms allows water to enter next to the wall. Flat roof with gutters on it. Main roof were fix 3+ years ago but this 5m stretch starting to create problems. <10 m2 urgently; maybe need update bigger area as well. Don't think this job is very big as a start and will take max a few hours. Thanks!
