The ceiling needs to b done, new doors and windows, paint both interior and exterior, plus paving for the outside. New lights, a new sink etc

I would like to rebuild my mother's house in Letlhabile. It's currently a two bedroomed, toilet (No bath or shower), a small kitchen and lounge. I would like to restructure it as it seems to not be built properly or standing in the correct position. I would like to demolish all of it or most of it and build a three bedroomed home, with an ensuite in one of the rooms, a fully functional bathroom, a lounge, kitchen and dining room. I'm looking to have a modern/minimalistic look to it inside. This would also include a double garage and refencing of the property. I would have loved to attach a photo of the home stand however do not have any at the moment.
Dear Sir/Madam I want a steel sliding gate installed across the entrance to a covered stoep. The width of the gap is 5,2m, and the height 3m. In addition to being burglar proof, it needs to be baboon resistant (thus relatively small openings). It is a coastal environment, hence rust proofing is very important. At the moment I do not anticipate automating the gate. Could you please inform me whether you do such custom installations, what the approximate (ball park) cost would be, and what you would recommend to prevent rust of the gate and sliding mechanism? Please also let me know whether you can do the installation in the Overberg area. Thank you.

I am looking for a quote for sliding windows. Width 4. Height 1.3 It's a 4 meter open space on the patio from a braai area to a wall. My suggestion is it can be one meter on either side of solid glass then the open space in the middle can have the sliding windows. We have an ocean view and do not want anything that takes away from that.

Hi Team, Please assist us with 40meters of razor wire - we are looking for a double layer of razor wire for a wall. First top razor wire to be placed on top of the wall (flat edge of the wall on top) and the second layer they want attached to the wall under the first layer for double protection.
