My land is square metres and it’s a sloping land on the boundary of the property. I want a 4 bedroom house( all en suite) main bedroom with a walk-in closet, pyjama lounge, large kitchen, scullery, dining room, sitting lounge, bar and entertainment area, office, 4 garages , gym area, cinema area and an outside maids area.

I already have a designed house plan but want to do amendments.
Piece of land, bushes and trees etc, will have to work with the Parks people to decide on which trees can be removed or not. Architect must be willing to assist wit this and see where the house can stand and how the water system works, septic tanks, etc when drawing up the plans. He must work with a surveyor for the necessary certificates. I speak Afrikaans but my wife Katrina will assist in English. We are based in Pretoria and this is our land in the South Coast. We will liaise with the Architect on the logistics etc.
