A modern flat roof 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house to be erected in Bergville rural village. Master bedroom with ensuite. Sizable kitchen with 1 sink. Open plan lounge and dinning. Build in cupboards can be an added advantage but not really neccessary if it will be costly. A corner for top loader qashing machine and ironing space. Attached is an outside view of the house. Single garage must have roller shutter door and mini storage.
We built our own house about 5 years ago but never finished the entrance/upstairs living area in terms of design and finishes. It has basically remained an open unfinished space since we moved in. We are now at the point whereby we would like to make use of the area but due to shape/size we are at a bit of a loss at how best to utilize the space. Hence the reason I am contacting you. Ideally I would like somebody to come in and construct some suggestions for review before proceeding to complete finish of project ranging from painting and wallpapering to installation of furnishings such as rugs, sofas, plants etc.
Modification of interior building to change from 4 to 6 bedroom. Changing from 2.5 bathroom to 4 with shower. Changing one of entertainment areas into 2 bed and slightly reducing lounge. Converting two garages attached to staff quarter, into 2 bed. Extending staff quarter to same length as garages.
We have recently moved into a modern apartment. Not all of previous furniture,works for the space aesthetically. Kitchen and living room are open plan so a flow and colours that work together would be great. Help required to put together looks and style the kitchen, living room and master bedroom.

I am designing an old existing house removing some walls and adding some. Creating an open plan from the kitchen, dinning and lounge. There was an existing 3rd bedroom that was opened up by the previous owner and I'm closing this up again into a 3rd bedroom and adding a full bathroom as en-suit. I need a quote urgently

We would like them to participate on and submit ideas of how they can provide the solution for our wishes. Even if such ideas would be for a nominal participation fee, we are prepared to pay such. The chosen one will then be awarded to go into details and present such. The maximum of the participating architect is 5.
