The application of U.S student Sevi's visa reinstatement for my son. We are south Africans ,He had gone on a sports scholarship promise that did not materialize ,He attended 1st year which I had to pay for and decided to transfer in to institutions that grant scholarships, so he stayed in the U, S since February 26 waiting for responses, most responses came without scholarship until in June 26 he got a school that was giving 50% + Full tuition he started the admission process was slow especially response turnaround time due to time zones between SA and U.S . And when he wanted to come home before th 5months grace period lapses, flights were extremely expensive due to world cup. I am looking for tax advising and tax administration to do SARS submissions for (1) a South African Pty Ltd (that had revenue of just over ZAR 1 million in ) and had not been VAT registered yet, and (2) a South African property-owning trust. I have not submitted any SARS applications yet. The company and trust management accounts are maintained by our existing accountants, and I am waiting for financial statements. The requirement is focused on reviewing outstanding returns, completing the necessary submissions, and managing the process proactively moving forward.
